PLWA’s growing workforce now consists of over 200 staff within Western Australia who represents a large cross section of multi-disciplinary skills. Through extensive training, personal development and engagement, our workforce is able to efficiently and effectively deliver quality services to our clients.
Our internal culture is hands-on and leadership is present at all levels of our business. Culturally we foster involvement and our PLWA management staff mirror our Senior Executive approach by leading from the front.
Underpinning the success of our approach to an Indigenous workforce is the strength of our relationship with the Indigenous communities within close proximity to our operations.
